The installers should make the emoticon command, Ctrl+Shift+M, work. However, I just discovered that the Skype_emoticons.ini file used by that command was not included in the Zip files.
Anyone who used the Zip file to install Skype scripts revision 40b or 653a should download the Zip again and reinstall the scripts to get the missing file. Sorry about that folks. I tested the installer but not the manual method last night.
