Finding the installer is not a problem. Just use windows update. If it is out of date then it will be updated. Checking the servus is done using manage my computer which is accessed buy right clicking on my computer.
Now tab to the list view and arrow to services and applications. Press enter make sure focus stays in the list view and select services. Now you will have a list of services. Arrow to the servus you want and if it is not set how you need it right click on it and select properties. Startup type will be the second list box. Change it to what you need in this case manual and press. Enter.
