Actually it does show as a chat history item you will know it because it will just have your contacts name. Route the jaws cursor to the PC cursor now press the down arrow key. Now press the end key. Read the current word. If it is play then click your left mouse button. You should hear the voicemail begin to play. This is how I do it here. So far it has been reliable. I would think this would be easy enough to script.

With 3.8 though, I was able to go into the history window and press Enter in order to play new messages. With version 4 though, the voicemail doesn't seem to be showing up as a history item. So, I'm wondering if anyone has found a fairly consistent way of getting to the play button for voicemails? Until now I've been able to find the button with my JAWS cursor, but today it's not working for some reason. I'm able to listen to my messages remotely using my cell phone, but I'd like to be able to play the messages from the computer if at all possible. Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions.
