HI Randy. You will need to make a test call to skype but first check that the audio for skype is set to your sound card. you do this by: 1. Go to Tools. Alt+T. 2. Press P for options. 3. Arrow down to Audio Settings. 4. Tab until you hear, MIcrophone: ComboBox and change it to your sound card. Never use the Windows Default Device. 5. Finally, tab until you hear Save button.
