[Skypeenglish] an issue on Skype

[soner]

Hello folks,
After the latest hotfix, i can not move among the contact list and the chat
windows via CTRL+Tab. When i press CTRL+Tab to pass to the chat window, i still
keep staying at the same location which is the contact list.
