Subject: Skype 4.0 for Windows hotfix
Today we are releasing a hotfix version of Skype 4.0 for Windows.

The new hotfix version of Skype 4.0 solves problems with blank Skype menus when
using Skype in Hebrew and Skype hanging while making a video call to a Skype
client which does not support video.

The new version is 4.0.0.224 and it has following changes compared to the
previous release:
* Optional install: Google Chrome browser
* bugfix: Skype menus were blank in Hebrew localisation
* bugfix: Skype hung when making video calls to clients which do not support
video
