It is more of an ease-of-use issue at the moment. you should consider checking the list archives, because this subject has been discussed at great length here previously. If you would like to try Skype four. You can do so with no adverse effects. Simply keep a copy of your Skype 3.8 installation file handy. if you discover that you do not like the Skype four experience. You can always downgrade. You can get scripts for Skype four, and 3.8 at the Skype scripts webpage. This address is included in the list header. Hope this is helpful.
