Hi Sarah and list. Just two questions. When you installed Skype 4, did you enable cllasic view? If nott, do the following: Press Alt+T for the Tools menu, and O to get to options. When you get to General options, find the option called Visual Style of the Window, and select Classic view. Press the Save button to save it.
Secondly, did you enable compact mode? To do this, press Alt+V for the View menu, arrow down to Compact View, and press Enter. Hope this helps. Marius
