Hello, Maybe that happened due to the settings in "Regional and language options" in Control Panel. Skype will set its language according to the language specified in there. So, if the language in "Regional and language options" is set to lets say Spanish, Skype will also set itself in Spanish. But ... that is only a guess of mine.
