Not Doug here but I think Doug and others will agree with this. Please can 
you tell us which version of Skype are you using where it does not work? 
With Skype 4 there still are problems with SkypeWatch, nowadays it can only 
announce incoming calls, but only with scripts revision 40c. Beware also 
that this revision is meant for Skype 4, not Skype 3. For Sk 3.8 use 
revision 653a instead. If you don't know Skype version, press insert+ctrl+v 
while in Skype.
