[Skypeenglish] 4.1 Hot Keys

Hi Rojelio,
in which language is Skype setted? I noticed also in previous version of Skype, 
that scripts aren't able to get these hotkeys in a non-english language, and 
they cannot recognize if checkboxes are enabled or not.
