[Skypeenglish] skype 4.1 and conference calls

I see that in 4.1 version, the skype team did not fix the conference calls 
issue, where if you have a conference call. For any reasons somebody gets 
dropped out of the conference, you can't call that person back. You would 
have to restart the whole conference group.
