Hi Mostafa,
make sure you enabled the SkypeWatch feature. It should read the caller's ID. 
If it is enabled, that means call notification is not setted correctly. Write 
me off list, mbarbi at fastwebnet.it, if you discover this is the case. But 
first of all, press insert+v while in Skype and see if there's an option which 
says, "SkypeWatfch messages". If you find it, and it is setted to off, press 
spacebar to enable it, then enter to close JAWS options and return to Skype. If 
you do not find it, chances are you have to install it (note it's not installed 
automatically!). Go to www.dlee.org/skype/inst.php for more instructions.
