Specific answer:  Tab in the main Skype window until you reach the
text that is either your current mood text or the generic message
about creating mood text, then hit Space to get into the edit box.
The text acts like a link but does not say "link."

General answer:  The page opened by a double JAWSKey+F1 in the Skype
4.1a scripts includes a section explaining how to do various things in
Skype 4.1, including how to do this.
