Hi,
did you close Skype before proceeding as told in the PS? This does not mean
only close the main window with alt+f4, but go to the system tray with
insert+f11, choose Skype and press enter, then press down harrow till you
find Quit and press enter, and press the quit button if asked for a
confirmation. [Note that you might find yourself in the cancel button
instead of the quit one, and if it is the case you should press left harrow
or shift+tab before the space bar.] If you did not do it, then unload Skype
as described above, follow step 1 and 2 of Kostadin procedure, and see if
you find the folders and delete what you need, then reload Skype. If you
unloaded Skype before proceeding, try restarting your Windows.
