Last I checked, SMS was a problem because the Send button was not in tab order or findable with the JAWS cursor. JAWSKey+F8 may find it, but at least in 4.0, it probably has a useless name that doesn't tell you what the button is for. Skype knows about this one I'm pretty sure, but I'm writing it down again just for certainty.
