Sorry Doug, the" add to category" item only appears when "view all contact categories" is checked in the contact's menu. But the strange thing is that I can only view one category at a time. I don't really understand how this works but when I checked "view all categories", I get one category only and another item called all other contacts which I don't know what to do with. Can you help?
