Both skype 3.8 and 4.1 works fine with window-eyes. With 4.1 if you have skype voice mail you will need to use the mouse keys of window-eyes to find your voice mail. so if you are not wel verced with using these I would stay with 3.8 otherwise go with 4.1 beta.
