Not Doug here, but I just tested it yesterday. Before pressing tab to find 
the button save file, you have to go to the message list for that 
conversation and ensure the cursor is on the line containing the contact 
name and the file; if not, scroll with harrows till you are there. Only at 
this point, you will find the button with tab.
