Control one will return you to the contact list. When you sign out you will have an option to sign in again. Go to the edit box that asks for your account id. Arrow down it should show your other one. if not type in the id tab over to password inter the password and select sign in. next time it will be in the edit box if you arrow. Nothing to worry about.
