Hello Yvonne,
as I told before, the "last seen" indication is not accessible anymore, 
starting alreadiy in Skype 4.0. About the contacts problem, I sincerely did 
not noticce.... However, press ctrl+1 during or after the call and you'll be 
back to the contact list.
