Hello Mostafa,
you should enable the SkypeWatch feature and set the call notification to
Windows Tray notification instead of Skype call notification, so JAWS will
also announce the callers ID. Note that with Skype 3.8 I do not think it is
possible to know if this person is alone or is inviting you to a conference,
especially with SkypeWatch. Maybe you'll have to press tab/shift+tab and see
if there a list box telling the contacts, and this means it's a conference.
SkypeWatch reports if it's a conference only starting with Skype 4.0 and
scripts revision 40c.
