[Skypeenglish] can't install Skype scripts

I seem to be unable to install the Skype scripts for Skype 3.8.  When I run the 
executable I'm told something about jaws cannot be found, with a load of stuff 
which i think refers to registry keys. I tried to download the source files and 
install those, but i don't seem to be able to do that either.
