[Skypeenglish] installing jaws scripts nightmare

As suggested by various other people I'm now trying to install Skype scripts 
from the archive with the source. Unfortunately I seem to be unable to extract 
the files to either my shared settings or my user settings. For some reason I'm 
told: access is denied, administrative privileges may be required. My user 
account is the only one on the system, and according to advanced user settings 
in control panel, an administrative user by default. Can anyone shed any light 
on this please?
