First, I know how difficult it can be to keep all information together for some
of us, as if you remember a while back, I needed a backup and restore facility
for this system as experienced crash while back but thanks to listers on here,
now found 1. Can I please make a suggestion especially to you if ok Sarah,
being moderator, if anyone needs a copy of particular message or request
sending due to loss, I can send to you off list to avoid overgrowing threads as
they can be quite time consuming and for me frustrating to find topic answer I
need so I have decided to save my answers along with others which I find useful
to refer back to and if people who unfortunately loos messages due to inbox
traffic, I would be happy to send you copies of enquiries if I have them of
course but I can only do this from time to time when I get the chance as
obviously can't cater for all the lists? Thought I'd run it past you as well
Sarah if agreement to save clutter of info on thread extention.

since testing out the backup utility and thanks again to those of you who
