When I downloaded the file I found it and pressed the applications key and chose extract all files. The wizard said "There are no file to extract." I wonder if should put it on the website again because maybe when you tried uploading the file it didn't upload properly. I find it strange also that two people on this list including me have said that the folder can't be unzipped but you're able to do it.
