hi list! i collected many of scripts problems that my friends are complaining about and it's time to mention about all of them.
before this, thanks a lot the script producers. we saw some of small problems and all of them can be fixed in future, i hope. well, the suggestions and problems are above as a list, numbered and catchy. 1: virtualizing the user profile: it was awailable in skype 3.8 and scripts (revision 653). when pressing twice insert+up arrow quickly, the user profile comes and it shows the person's name, mood message, time and location like clicking right a contact and clicking view profile. 2: this is a problem, skypewatch doesn't announce the events sometimes. when someone signed in, signed out and when he/she sends message, skypewatch allowing jaws to announce as you know. usually when a contact sends a message, skypewatch can't allow jaws to announce. sign in and out notifications have announcing problems but not like receiving message alert. 3: it's a suggestion: file transfer progress bar yes: in skype 4.0 the file transfer system has changed. the progress bar also changed. and it's very difficult to access the progress bar with latest scripts of skype 4.1 some of my friends and i am thinking it needs a key stroke to hear the progress bar. i'm sure of it, when you read it, you noticed that you need it also. i hope the scripts producer also can notice that. 4: it's a suggestion: contact categories well, i like using category view of contacts, and i can edit them as i want. possibly i'm not alone about this. with left and right arrows, the groups are expanding and collapsing when you do it as you heard the group name. but scripts announces required to know if they are expanded or collapsed. such as: "friends: (expanded)::: last chatted::: collapsed). it will be very nice if the script producer notices this. 5: it's a bug and annoying really: using the login panel there is a compobox for selecting skype name in log in panel, and most of us don't know which one is selected. we are checking with left or right arrows and we are trying to make sure while reading the letters in a skype name. really it's annoying. for example: i have 2 skype name. i launched skype and found the skype name; edit kompobox. i did up arrow but i don't heard anything. well, i want to tell is, jaws must say which one is active and the jaws cursor focused, it's really bad for people which is using 2 skype names. 6: while editing profile. in skype 3.8, we were able to fill our profiles confortly. but in this with latest scripts, it's not so possible. for example, i'm in editing profile menu i entered and i heard just edit, but in 3.8 and it's scripts, it was saying, full name: edit. it isn't saying the required think, city, state/province and some of them. i can understand when i route jaws to pc which one is required to fill. well,, i told some of the problems and suggestions that we need. also you should tell your suggestion in this thread. i hope the producer can do all of this. if he does, skype will be super accessible. best Regards Messengerpark
