I think this was raised a while back when trying to create or change hot key in skype 4. What I found is when trying to create a key, when tabbing to ok the key was replaced with tab as skype thought tab would be the new hot key so way round this was to create hot key, say alt h to end call then use jaws cursor to arrow to ok then save, bye which time, the correct hot key is created.
