If you have no sound then maybe Sarah can walk you through the installation without audio on your end. That is, she will convey to you the steps to execute over Skype or cell phone and such. The other option is for Sarah to possibly walk you through Windows sounds and mic settings that may have changed some how. Returning these settings back to normal may also solve your problem. Let me know what happens.
