there's a quick wey to add skypeme! mode to your 4.1 versiyon but it's not so known way. but we lost the option that searching for skypeme! contacts. coz of some of security problems, many message robots and some of bad offers to children who is being skypeme! in skype 3.8 skype blocked some of people whom younger than 16 years old. but the clever people that younger than 16 deleted their age and been skypeme! again. so their list has been checked as anonimous and it seen many of their contacts are so much older than them. and many parents submitted form to skype customer support about internet's dirty face and their children's future on skype. maybe you didn't face with such a matter but it was really annoying problem for skype. that's why skypeme! option is removed. skype is in progress to developing another way to search for new people and you'll see soon. please be patient.
