First off, welcome to the list, and I added you so if you see that, don't be alarmed. Secondly, the best way to organize contacts is by status--meaning that if someone is online, you'll see them listed as online. That's far better than alphabetically organized, actually. It has nothing really to do with what screen reader you might prefer, actually. Again, (this goes for everyone, btw), feel free to chat or call. add me if you wish.
