I would uninstall and then reinstall skype. it should automatically come up join to conference when ou hit your aplications when someone is calling you and then you should be able to put them in the conference. The call menu should come up when you arrow down with the down arrow and the submenu should answer with the contact name highlithed just to let you tht is how skype shold be if installed correctly.
