Maybe I'm being a bit harsh, but for the people who are asking for links, have you ever tried using google? I know that some people are new to the internet, but google is an exelent way to find things. As the old saying goes, you can feed someone for a time, or you can teach them how to fish, and they'll eat forever. The other nice thing aobut using a search engine is that you're likely to get a response from it more rapidly than a mailig list.
