Hi Alex! Go into Skype. Press alt t for tools, then p for options. In the options dialogue, go down the tree to advanced settings. In the advanced settings tab, choose manage add-ons or something very similar to that. Sorry I can't get the exact option name at the moment because I'm in a bit of a loop with it. I managed to find it and tell it call burner was allowed to use Skype. Then I tried making a call as a test. It appeared to record but a warning popped up which I couldn't read. For all the good job call burner does, it still isn't as accessible as it should be. Error messages are vague and unhelpful, if you see anything at all. I'm having the hardest time getting the latest update working that I've ever had and they have never been simple.
I may have to write support if it doesn't start working soon. Fortunately, their support does tend to be rather responsive and helpful so it is an option I can use with some confidence that I won't be blown off.
