Oops, I just answered your question by answering a similar but not identical one from Jim on this list. I have for quite some time had a project under way to solve the SkypeWatch problem as part of the installer, but it is not the same approach as Hrvoje used, and he got there first. :-)
So at this time, the two installers will remain distinct, which will allow Hrvoje and I to make improvements and fixes independently without waiting for the other.
