I'm using Jaws 10 and the most current version of Skype and the scripts, and I've noticed this same problem with the last couple versions of Skype. Sometimes I have to hit the Alt key twice before it will open the menus. But you are correct, it does not announce what menu tab you're in, and I've tried this with and with out scripts, and the results are the same. It's another glitch with Jaws ability to focus properly on the Skype window. The only solution I can offer is, to rout Jaws to PC, go to the top of the page and select the menu options that way as you are able to easily read them with the Jaws cursor. Hope this helps. Hi all. I'm new to this list. I'm currently using Jaws 11, and Skype 4.1.0.179 and here's my problem. When I go to my menu bar, Jaws doesn't say the names of the menus. It doesn't say File, Call, and so on. I can arrow up and down the menus just fine. But I can't get menu titles. I am using the latest scripts.
