I think your question about conference management was already answered, but as for your question on tips for Skype 4.1, there is indeed a page for that on my site. It's part of what I'm calling the JAWS Scripts for Skype 4.1 Users Guide, and it can be reached by typing JAWSKey+F1 twice from within Skype while the scripts are running. You probably want the heading called "How To Do Various Things In Skype 4.1 With the Scripts Running."
