The easiest way to get to JAWS script documentation is to install the scripts and then type Ctrl+Shift+W to go to the document on my site that I call the JAWS Scripts For Skype 4.1 User's Guide. That document contains, among other things, a section describing how to do various things in Skype 4.1 with the scripts loaded. Sarah already answered the part about audio tutorials I believe.
