Hi all,
I moved SkypeWatch Installer to a new server, which means that from now
on, everyone should get a full download with no problems!
Again, thanks to person who gave me a new file hosting solution.
Here is a direct link for SkypeWatch Installer 1.0 RC:

Extract to somewhere and run SkypeWatch Installer.exe from within the
folder where you extracted the archive.
