Nullsoft Installers can be extracted (if I'm not very much mistaking)
with the help of "7-Zip". And InnoSetup installers can be extracted (but
I think not always successfully) by "Universal Extractor". But again -
both of those programs are "external" to Windows and probably a lot of
the users (specially novices) will probably not have them on their
machines by default. So, the goal you want to achieve with the one
combined file for download (zip archive and installer) is not so easy.

extract the files from the .zip script file sets on my site. The .exe
installers, though, can not be extracted by any separate utility as
far as I know; they have to be run. I actually wish I could produce
one file that could be handled either way, but that seems impossible
