Hi Donnie,
I always press tab some times from the contact list, then I find a button
called "Mood message", followed eighter by my current MoodText or by a
phrase telling me "add a MoodText or a video" or something like that.
Pressing space here you should focus the edit box for typing the MoodText.
If you don't find this button, make sure the Accessibility options are
turned on in Tools / Accessibility submenu.
