I don't have the files themselves saved but here is an updated read me for the skype tutorials with one added today.
this is the readme for the skype tutorials. it will contain a brief description of the contents of each file. all feedback can be sent to [email protected]. You will need skype 4 found at www.skype.com or www.majorgeeks.com and the scripts for jaws found at http://dlee.org/skype. 1. intro this file contains an explanation about what will be going on in the tutorials. 2. a brief look at the skype interface this one contains a look over all at the skype interface and the changes you need to make with it to get it working with jaws and the scripts. 3. installing skype contains instructions on how to install skype. You can go to www.majorgeeks.com and get the full installer there. 4. the chat or conversation window contains an explanation regarding the new system for chatting and interacting with your contacts. 5. the options menu a brief explanation of the options in the options menu. this is over all the longest of the series. 6. sending and receiving voicemails shows how to send and receive voicemails 7. adding contacts to your contact list explains a myriad of ways on adding contacts. I think actually I missed a few ways. *smiles* but I discuss the more convenient ones. 8. importing contacts from other sources this ties in nicely with track 7 as we look at importing contacts mainly from outlook, but the process for gmail and other supported services are the same.
