Not only that, but since the software is free, there'
s no good reason why you shouldn't. Yes, I'm aware there are things you
can't do in 4.1 that you could in 3.8. A file transfer completion event to
name an important one, but there's also the difference in audio quality as
well. I'll grant it is slight, but it is there just the same!

No sorry I cannot advice this at all. Quite frankly every time you try

and have any program hook in to the Api it causes major problems. Long and
the short don't do it. If you're going to use an up to date operating
system use up to date software bottom line. Been here done this had
nothing

Really dislike Skype 4.1 or the 4.2 beta? Well you could downgrade back
to 3.8 and experience no issues at all. Just allow Skype to run in
compatibility
mode, and it will work a treat, with no issues. This I got off a friend.
