Hi Tom!
Regarding question 1, you need to install the Skypewatch utility and turn it
on. There is a link to it on the scripts page.
2. Go to tools, options, sounds. Look for the busy signal event. Then tab to
the list of available sounds and change it to busy signal classic. I believe
that is what you want.
