Hi Chris and list. The reason for the strange time indications when sending
a file, is that Skype calculates the remaining time according to the
connection speed at that particular moment, so it's similar to the estimated
time left feature when downloading a file. As far as I'm concerned, that's
the only point of negative criticism I have against Skype 4.x, and I find
the percentage indications much more reliable.

I am very frustrated with the file transfer feature of Skype 4.x. For
example, I could be sending a fairly large file, and one minute it will
say 6 hours remaining, next it will say 8. Anyone noticed this problem
surely finds this frustrating and we should all suggest to the Skype
developers to put it back to how it was in 3.8. What do you think?
