Hello Mod,
if you use Skype 4.1, this feature must have been removed as I described
earlier. It was available in Skype 3.8 and earlier, and I saw this voice in
the call menu when testing 4.2 beta. It can be useful when someone calls you
and you're on a conference but not the hosting person. In this way you can
transfer the call to the hosting person so that he/she can join the contact.
But, if the hosting person is usgin 4.1, it won't work because the person
will fall down in 1 second after been joined.
