Did you hit enter on the conversation from the conversations tab and hit
control numrow 5 and hit end and if it was a voicemail tab to and hit the
play button tht's about as clear as it's gonna be.

Hello. If you are using skype 4.x then go to the conversations tab with
control 2 on the number row. Then arrow until you get to new and wo ever
sent you a voicemail and hie enter or if you set it up so that makes a
call
right click and sleect send IM. Next hit alt plus nunber row 5 to get to
the
list of events and hit end as the vm ight be there. If ti is tab to play
and
activate it.
