Hello Sakina,
first of all, note that only wav files are accepted, not mp3 or others. You
can do it as follows:
1. press alt+t for the tools menu, then one time up you'll find Options.
Press enter there;
2. press down harrow till you find the Import sounds button;
3. browse for the file you want to import and press enter on it;
4. if you want to import more sound, press import sounds again and repeat
the searching for every sound you want to import;
5. associate the new imported sounds to the various events because it won't
be done automatically;
6. when you completed all, find the save button and press space bar on it.
