Well, if Default.JSB exists, and if there is no error message from
SkypeWatch Installer, then this is nothing wrong with SkypeWatch
Installer. So you should check your notification settings under Skype.

Also, check out in JAWS/Explore JAWS/Explore My Settings that
Default.JSB exists and it's 1 kb in size.

if you managed to install SkypeWatch with Hrvoje installer try:
1. to restart JAWS, cause it may be necessary to make the new code take
effect;
2. to make sure that the "Comes online" and "Goes offline" checkboxes are
enabled in tools / Options / notification settings.
