I don't know if this has anything to do with system access or not, but what is happening is I can see who is online based on where the contact is in the list, but I can't see anything else, for example, I can't see if they are on do not disturb or away or anything. I also can't perform many regular skype ffunctions. Please help as I'd like to get back on as soon as possible. Note that this started happening on Friday after I installed Sam answering machine, which I have since uninstalled. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Skype a couple of times with no luck.
